Welcome to The Alcyone Project (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website and related services (including the Mythos AI platform and ITC Model training), you agree to the following Terms of Use. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the course work & coaching services. By engaging with our products & services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Services Provided
Our services include personalized coaching sessions, teaching, instruction, spiritual direction, guidance, and support tailored to your individual needs.
Client Responsibilities
You acknowledge that our coaching services are for personal development and education purposes only and do not constitute therapy or medical treatment. You agree to actively participate in coaching sessions, communicate honestly and openly, and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent.
Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the site or content for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
Upload, share, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights
Payment and Refunds
Payment for all goods and services is required in advance and is non-refundable. We accept payment via Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect sessions already paid for. You agree to pay back all payment for programs which allow for a payment plan even if the program is already completed.
We do not issue refunds due to lack of attendance in program, scheduling conflicts, overcommitting, or personal disagreements. By signing up for this program, you acknowledge you are ready to complete the full investment and that there will be no refunds issued.
If you have been permanently removed from any programs due to non-payment, you are not eligible for good faith payment plans in the future. If you do decide to enrol in another program, you must pay-in-full and/or remit all payments prior to services or digital products being rendered. False chargebacks or disputes with The Alcyone Project via any payment processors are required to be paid back within 5 business days and can result in a permanent ban and block, or debt collection action.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, frameworks, training materials, videos, and AI-generated outputs, are the intellectual property of The Alcyone Project, Pleiades Luminous Pty Ltd, or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written consent. All materials provided to you during coaching sessions, programs, classes including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, processes, slides, workbooks, and resources, are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without our explicit, written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our course work or coaching services. Our total liability in connection with these Terms is limited to financial transactions through this site. By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Alcyone Project and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian legislation. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our coaching services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, stored, and used. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to deliver services. Data provided to Mythos AI is processed within secure, privacy-compliant environments and is not used to train external AI models.

This site is intended for users worldwide, subject to compliance with all local laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the site is lawful in your jurisdiction.
